Info regarding the transition from Webgrain to Dev406

Hi, 

By now, you are aware of the big changes recently made at Webgrain.  I’m here to introduce you to DEV406, LLC. and to give you a little more information on this transition. 

We have worked as a strategic partner with Webgrain on a number of projects over the years and it’s my personal goal to ensure that all clients receive only the best in account support and the absolute best in Website Design, Maintenance, SEO, Marketing and Hosting.

We are taking the time to review each and every client account in this process.  We want to make sure there are no surprises for you and want you to fully understand that there are no additional steps needed to be taken on your end.

With that said, we will be grandfathering in Webgrain hosting prices and other service offerings so you will not pay anything different. Fees for services will not change for you at all.  In fact, your web hosting environment does not change, as there is no physical migration.  

You can basically see us as an addition to the team, ready to help you with everything from website maintenance and hosting to redesign, SEO and many  other digital marketing services.

DEV406, LLC. is a full-service Web Design, SEO and Digital Marketing Agency headquartered in Billings, MT with a remote location in Kalispell, MT. 

In 2013, we started up services in Billings to help small to mid-sized companies develop a better web presence. Since then we have developed hundreds of websites for area businesses and non-profit organizations.

In 2015, we expanded our services to include high-end Search Engine Optimization and Lead Generation to help clients achieve top search engine rankings, as well as generate more online leads and sales.

For general contact, you can call us at (406) 545-2422.  This is our public line and we are usually offering support to other clients, so please leave a voicemail and you can expect a call back usually within the hour (during normal business hours).

Our additional maintenance request and support line is available to you during this transition at (406) 534-3839.  

For Support Issues or Maintenance requests: You can email us at support@dev406.com.  Email to this address automatically creates a support ticket in our system and your issue will be addressed.

During the Transition from Webgrain to Dev406: You can email us at info@dev406.com.  Email to this address will go to Gerrick Phillips and Chris Wilcox, bypassing our support system.

Phone call appointments are usually suggested for quick discovery sessions on new projects or if you have questions related to adding services.

This is the primary place to go to request maintenance to your website that is hosted with us, to report a problem, or to find out information on additional services.  We have a growing public FAQ available here that can help you along the way.  

You can create a new support account by clicking “Sign Up”.  Again, you can email “support@billingsseo.net” with your question or request and a new support account will be created for you.

What about billing and payments?

With regards to account billing, if you are hosting your website on our network then recurring billing will not change at all.  All pricing will remain the same and Invoices will be sent via email in the beginning of December of each year. Whenever you receive an invoice from DEV406, you can simply click on the link in the email to be taken directly to our online accounting system.  You can then setup an account to keep track of all billing. To make payments on invoices outside of our accounting system, simply visit our website at dev406.com and click on Make A Payment at the bottom of any page. We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, PayPal or check.

 

For monthly recurring services like website maintenance, SEO or Marketing, you will receive an invoice by email on the last or first day of the month, give or take a day or two. This invoice will correspond with campaign reports that are also emailed to you.  All recurring services are billed in advance and are due on receipt.

 

If you are planning on a complete redesign of your website, we will always provide a full project proposal after an initial discovery meeting or phone call.  This proposal will cover time-frame, deliverables and budget. All website design projects are billed with 50% up front and 50% on website launch. Web design project invoices are also sent via email.

 

If you ever have questions related to Billing on your account, you can submit a ticket in our support portal, or give us a call at (406) 545-2422.  Remember that we are local too, and just a quick phone call away.

How do we stay in touch with clients?

If you have an active website maintenance, SEO or digital marketing account with us, you can expect us to reach out to you proactively at least once every month, just to check in.  This is a general check-in, separate from any account reporting. We want to make sure we are all doing a great job and communication is key in that effort.

Take this check-in opportunity to let us know how we are doing, where we are doing great or where we can do better.  When it comes to checking in, you will always know who you are talking to and while you may have to leave a voicemail at times, we will always be available by phone and email if needed.

We try to reach out to all of our clients in a system wide email every now and then, just to make you aware of any updates in services or to offer general Dev406 notices.  If at any time you no longer want to receive those emails, simply the unsubscribe link at the bottom to be removed from future mailings. We are not a group that’s hungry for up-selling, but rather interested in sharing information with our clients that can help benefit their businesses. 

We have also revamped our website recently, including our Dev406 blog, where we plan on providing all value content for clients, so be sure to check in on that blog from time to time or to keep an eye on our social channels for links back to helpful articles.  We also welcome all feedback and recommendations for articles. 

One of our strongest points is helping reach our clients on an educational level.  We want to be sure you understand more about what we do every month, how we do it and how you can make improvements on your own, whenever possible.
